A liquid facelift uses hyaluronic acid fillers to replace volume lost from the fat compartments of the face over time. It can address hollows under the eyes and in the temples, redefine the line of the cheek and jaw, and soften deep folds. How much filler is used, and where, depends on your own facial structure, the quality of your skin, and the specific areas where support has been lost. The aim is to rebuild the underlying scaffolding, not to fill a single line.
The face does not lose volume uniformly. The plan for one person will be different from the plan for another, even if they point to the same concern. The treatment is not designed against a photograph, but against the patient's own underlying bone structure and the way their specific facial fat pads have changed. The goal is to correct for these changes in a way that is harmonious with the rest of the face, reinforcing the individual’s own anatomy rather than creating a new one.

Lip Filler
A fuller smile, still your own
A measured lip filler result, judged against the rest of the face rather than a trend.
Lip Filler · Front
Defined and symmetrical
Seen head-on: balanced volume and a clean lip border, left and right in agreement.
Lip Filler · Profile
Soft, natural volume
In profile, volume that follows the line of the face instead of interrupting it.
Lip Filler · Side
Balanced from the side
A natural fullness and a graceful lip contour, seen from the side.
Under-Eye
A brighter gaze
The grey-violet shadow under the eye lifts; the gaze reads rested rather than tired.
Under-Eye · Hollow
The hollow evened out
The tear trough is supported gently; the dark ring opens and the tired look goes.
Skin · Hydration
Plump, hydrated skin
Dryness and dullness recede; the skin looks hydrated and alive again.
Skin · Even Tone
An even, smooth tone
Skin tone evens out; pigmentation and flatness give way to clarity.
Skin · Glow
A healthy glow
A glow that comes from underneath — the kind makeup cannot imitate.
Hydrafacial
Clearer, and calmer
Skin photographed before and after a course of Hydrafacial treatment.
Hydrafacial
Texture, close up
A closer view of the same treatment, where texture rather than tone is the change.
Ultherapy
Tightened without surgery
Focused ultrasound, which works on the layer a surgeon would otherwise lift.
Often, the area that is the concern is not the area that needs treatment. A fold around the mouth, for example, is usually a consequence of volume loss higher up in the cheek. Treating the source of the problem by restoring support to the mid-face is a different approach from simply filling the line itself. A careful assessment identifies these points of structural loss, so that treatment rebuilds foundations, which in turn lifts and supports the tissues that have sagged.
No price list. Every plan is quoted for one person and one anatomy, so a figure only means something once someone has looked at yours — you get one in writing before you commit to anything.

Questions people ask
Answered as far as they can be answered in writing. Anything that depends on your own anatomy is answered by a surgeon looking at it.
What is the difference between a liquid facelift and a surgical facelift?
A surgical facelift addresses sagging by repositioning the deeper layers of facial tissue and removing excess skin through incisions. A liquid facelift does not involve surgery. Instead, it uses injectable hyaluronic acid fillers to restore volume where the underlying fat has diminished. By replacing this lost structural support, particularly in the cheeks and temples, it can redefine facial contours. The two procedures address different aspects of facial aging and are not interchangeable.
Are the fillers used in a liquid facelift permanent?
The fillers used are composed of hyaluronic acid, a substance the body also produces. They are not designed to remain in the tissue indefinitely, as the body gradually metabolizes the material. How an individual's body processes the filler, the specific product used, and where it is placed are all factors in the duration of the effect. The treatment can be repeated to maintain the restored volume. There is no set schedule for this; it is based on individual changes.
How much filler is needed for a liquid facelift?
There is no standard volume of filler for this procedure. The amount required is determined entirely by a direct assessment of your facial anatomy, skin quality, and the specific pattern of volume loss you have experienced. The approach treats the face as a whole, so the plan might involve placing small amounts in several areas to create a balanced result. The goal is to use the precise amount needed to rebuild support where it has been lost, and no more.
Will a liquid facelift make my face look puffy or unnatural?
The intention of a liquid facelift is to restore the underlying structure that your face has lost, not to create a new shape. A puffy or overfilled appearance is often the result of placing too much filler in one area or failing to respect the patient's original anatomy. The treatment plan focuses on placing filler deep against the bone in key structural points. This rebuilds the foundation and supports the overlying skin, rather than simply inflating the surface.
Where is the liquid facelift procedure performed and who will be there?
The treatment takes place in a dedicated clinical procedure room at our clinic, not in a hospital operating theatre. The injections are performed by a surgeon. For all our international patients, a professional interpreter is present throughout the appointment to ensure clear communication about every step. The environment is calm and private, allowing the treatment plan confirmed with you beforehand to be executed with precision.
What should I bring to my liquid facelift consultation?
It is most helpful to bring a clear understanding of what you see in your face that you wish to address. Photographs of yourself from five or ten years ago can also be a useful reference for the surgeon to understand your natural facial structure and how it has changed. A complete list of any previous cosmetic treatments, both surgical and non-surgical, is essential, as is a full list of your current medications and any supplements you take.
