Ömer is an ear, nose and throat surgeon, and that is the background the aesthetic work is built on. He read medicine at İstanbul Üniversitesi, spent five years as a resident in ENT at Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşçıoğlu Şehir Hastanesi, and worked as a specialist at Suruç Devlet Hastanesi before joining the clinic.
It is also why the nose is treated here as one question rather than two. A septum, a collapsed valve and a bridge are the same anatomy seen from different sides, and an operation that improves the profile while leaving one side blocked has solved half a problem. His focus is rhinoplasty, and the meetings he attends are the rhinology and facial plastic surgery ones — the national ENT congress, the Istanbul association, and a dissection workshop run by the rhinology and facial plastic societies together.
